  • "The only reason I didn't give this car a 5 star review is because there's seems to be an ongoing problem with certain year models on impala's with the AC door actuator going out. It started ticking really loud about 6 months after purchase. It only does it for about 4 minutes till it warms up then the AC runs great and the tapping doesn't start again until it is shut off and started back UNLESS YOU switch it from AC to Heat. It's very frustrating and costly to fix bc the research I did says 99% of the ones fixes were going out less than 2 years later. I travel with my job so I put a lot of miles on it and other than that dang actuator...its been an awesome car. Thank you"
