Question: Suspension

My new 2009 Maxima SV is great but, I want a softer ride- I already replaced the wheels with 18" V the stock 19", can I change the shocks?

You might want to change tires first. Some low rolling-resistance tires with larger sidewalls should be soft enough. Changing the shocks will also require changing springs, and could get expensive, fast.
