Question: my mazda will start and run only for 10 minutes

yes well my mazda will start and run perfect for about 10 mintues and then ust start sputtering the choke and then die now the vechile will not run for at least another 30 minutes but after that the car will run for 10 minutes and then die again i have replaced the cap rotor, every one id telling me that it is an electrical issue but i just dont know

This happened to my 1997 protege. It turned out to be an intermittent failure of one of the distributors.
