Question: Manitnnance

Thsi van currently has just under 132,000 miles but has benn driven hard by several owners. What would be the best inexpensive way, looking at vital systems such as brakes, the tires are worn as well, the exterior side passenger windows all have connectors loose leaving the vehicle open to theft and possible window damage while driving. Any Idea's??
