Depends on the car, I would check the drivers side back by the firewall.

FIRST TRY TO TURN THE KNOB THATS TO THE LEFT OF THE STEERING WHEEL AND ABOVE YOUR LEFT KNEE IT LOOKS LIKE A CIGERETTE LIGHTER, TURN THAT ALL THE WAY TO RIGHT I BELIEVE, BUT TRY TO TURN IT BOTH WAY AND SEE IF IT GETS BRIGHTER.
