Question: how do i fix the srape gaurd, bolts came off

i didnt know how low my car is so i lost the bolts on that srape gaurd in the font of the car, how do i fix it?

I ran over some road debris and the scrape guard was torn off. In the process, all the bolt holes in the front fender (painted part around the headlights) were broken off so that the scrape guard had nothing to bolt on to. Only way to fix it is to replace the front fascia which will have new
holes to bolt the scrape guard to. Still deciding on that one...
