Question: At 140,000 MI should I get a transmission flush?

I am getting ready to drive across Washington and need to get my transmission services, but I was wondering if it would be worth it to get the whole thing flushed. My car is at 143,000 mi and I bought it used less than 10,000 mi ago.

I would say it wouldn't hurt. I was lent a friend's car when I was without one and they didn't have the transmission flushed forever. Pink fluid was literally black. What color is your fluid? If it's brown to black--yes change it. It surely wouldnt' hurt. I woudln't trust a dealer to repair a car from top to bottom and sell it.
