Question: 03 Nissan revving high while idling and speedometer and odometer stopped working

I just had the throttle position sensor replaced on my 2003 Altima. Prior to the repair the Check Engine Light was on and the car would start but would not move when the accelerator was pressed. My mechanic read the codes which led to the replacement of the throttle position sensor, crank sensor and mew alternator. This solved those problems but since the repair the car revs very high upon starting and while idling also both the speedometer and odometer have stopped working. I'm leery of returning to the same mechanic because at this point I'm unsure if his work caused the new problems I'm experiencing. Any diagnostic help will be greatly appreciated, also the Check Engine Light is still on which I'm going to have read tomorrow to see what codes remain.
